Copy to the end of your sources.list

Then open a terminal and run:
$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
I had to run my update manager afterward to get ALL updates.

This repository seems to be down at the moment. I'm told that some updates and bug fixes are being applied. You should still add the repository and when the updates are finished and ready, you will be notified via the update manager.
